Yes, all our stickers are printed on outdoor rated vinyl using UV ink that is highly durable and resistant to oil, water, and just about anything else you throw at it.

We can work with most graphic design files however our online designer is limited to the following types (svg, jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, pdf, ai, psd, eps)
We prefer .ai or .pdf files when uploading files for quote or emailing artwork files.
Our digital printers use CMYK. If your designer asks what color mode to use it should be CMYK format. However, raster based formats like jpegs and photos are typically in RGB. This format is not ideal for digital printing but if you are starting with an existing image or photo we don’t recommend changing the color mode to CMYK as it will often result in muted colors. Simply upload the photo as is and we will handle any conversion needed on our end.
Yes, however not all of our digital presses and product offerings support this. When ordering stickers or labels with White and/or Clear please ensure these colors are on their own layer and defined as a Spot color named White or Clear respectively. The actual CMYK is not critical but we prefer a visible color like Magenta to call attention to its use.

If you do not want a white border around your print you should add a bleed. Our online designer will help facilitate this by showing the bleed area. A minimum bleed amount of 0.063″ should be added when uploading artwork outside of our online designer.

Orders and Shipping
Production times vary by product. Each product include the typical production times in the product description. Typical production time for label and stickers is 1 to 3 days. Shipping times will vary by destination. All products are shipped from California and typically arrive within 1 to 4 business days after production is complete. Please contact us if you have a deadline or rush order.
You can sign up for a new account here. If you are a reseller/trade partner please email us after creating an online account.
You can update your shipping and billing address information from your account. However if you need to change the shipping information on a pending order please email or call us ASAP.
Tracking information is typically emailed by our shipping providers. You may also log into your account to view the status of your orders.
Your credit card information is securely processed by our merchant providers and never stored on our systems. You may however be able to save your credit card information with one of our merchant processors for easy ordering.
Orders shipped/delivered to California will be charged sales tax unless we have a valid CA CDTFA-230 form on file.
We ship online orders to the United States only, if you are located outside the US please contact us for a quote.
Most orders will arrive in one package. However to keep shipping costs low your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
